Im always horny what can i do?

I don't get much sex from home and have already discussed with my husband he says he just doesn't feel horny anymore. But he does now and then (not daily once in a while) watch porn which arouses him. I have tried to dress up and he turned me down i offered head only nothing for me and he turned me down or when he says ok he looks bored cause he wasn't horny at the time. I am extremely horny all the time i think about sex a lot and really need it. We are planning on swinging cause i rather have sex then none at all. i might get jealous but i will get over it cause at the end of the day he is with me. Might spice up our sex life and i finally get sex. What is wrong with me why am i sooo horny. i had this feeling since i was young like 12 years of age and my husband knew i was horny a lot when we met why doesnt he ful fill my needs?
