Doctor unwantingly killed unborn babies and cant do anything about it?

So, april 1st i found out i was pregnant, i was about 4 weeks along. i went for my first ultrasound 2 weeks later, was told they couldnt definitively see a single baby in there, but they saw 4 egg sacks. so i went back to my doctor and they did blood work instantly, told me i could be having a molar pregnancy. my blood work was normal, 21,000 HGC which is normal at 6 weeks along, they told me if i was having a molar rpegnancy that the number would be 100,000 plus. Well, i went the following week for a 2nd ultrasound, and they still couldnt see a difinitive baby, and they figured i was too early with multiples. then 2 days later i started bleeding and went right to the hospital. after 8 hrs in a room alone they came in and sent me home without telling me anything besides call your doctor monday. so monday me and my husband go in and were told i have a molar pregnancy and HAVE to get a D and E done asap to void my body before it turns into cancer or something. Well i did the procedure 2 days later on april 21st. Yesterday i had my follow up to make sure everything was healing good and he said my insdies are perfect. I asked when i can try again and he said after i have another period ( im on my first period since the procedure). I was like.. um, with a molar pregnancy your suppose to not get pregnant for 6 months to a year plus get all kinds of bloodwork done constantly. Thats when he told me, well the pathology report just came in from what we took out of you, you werent having a molar pregnancy but multiples. 3 for sure but probably 4 (all natural too no fertility drugs). That i had misscarried one of the babies. ONE. which means i still had 2 or 3 viable babies in me. 2 yrs ago i had a son who died at 36 weeks due to a knot in his cord, this doctor told me it was like being hit by lightning on a sunny day. And after 2 yrs waiting to even get pregnant i get devisated with a molar pregnancy, then told my kids would be fine and i should still be pregnant, that this doctor basically gave me an abortion!!!!!! So i dont know if i can take some kind of legal action or not, im figuring not. He had me sign papers agreeing to the surgery and that he wouldnt be held responsable, u know those normal pre-surgery papers, which gave him ful power to kill my kids i didnt even know existed. Not only this but what was i suppose to say to him no? I mean he told me this was going to mastisize in me and become cancer fast, so he literally told me and my husband we HAD to if we wanted me around. What can i do??? How am i suppose to fee??l? Why doesnt anyone understand how much this hurts???
