Looking for a super-simple smartphone app to share lists among users?

I'm looking for a smartphone app that I can use to create a grocery list and share it with my wife, whom I also want to be able to edit the list. So, I want it to sync. It would be nice if there was a web portal and an Android version as well, though right now we both use iPhones. I know that there are many apps that fit this description. For instance, I just bought the app 'Grocery Gadget,' but it's got waaaay more features than I'm looking for. I literally want something that will show a blank page onto which I can type whatever I want. I want to save it, and then have it available to another user, who can also edit. Creating a "checkoff" would be nice too, but not necessary. This is really ALL I want it to do. I don't need it to take photos, suggest coupons, remember my likes and dislikes, or keep track of prices or any other crap.
