Could somebody please tell whats going with my fulltilt poker account?

ok its been almost three weeks since ful tilt got siezed by the feds and i stil cant get my money that i have on there. so what i want kno is are the american players going to lose whatever money they had on there or are they going to start sending out checks? or are the american players going to hav to file a lawsuit?
