Is there a gadget to keep track of dates?

I am going to start middle school after summer (of course) and I was wondering if there was a gadget to keep track of important dates like tests and when something is due (and I know we won't be able to use them during class but I still need one.) PLEASE NO STUPID ANSWERS! (Also can you tell me where I can buy it...
