Supernatural - will Adam be ok after Micheal is finished with him?

Just going through season 5, episode 3. Dean and Cas (the angle - sorry cant spell his ful name) went to a hospital to talk to some man who had been a vessel to another angle. Dean said is this what will happen to him and Cas said no, what dean will have is worse as Micheal is stronger (The man was just an empty shell, not doing anything). Well Adam is the vessel for Micheal and hopeful Adam will return but when Micheal is done with him...will Adam be ok?
