My cat was crossed 3 weeks ago since than she is in a one place and not play ful like before?

last week she had high fever and vet gave antibiotic tablets and said that she was crossed and will unload kittens soon, but today morning she vomited as soon as she had meal at the morning.I want some ideas and what kind of behavior they have during this period. thank you.
