I nid help. Does low or scanty menstral flow cause infertility? And does it reduce ones chance of being pregna?

I am 25yrs old. Since i rily undastood my flow, my menstral flow is always low i.e 1 pad a day dt smtimes its not ful. My mom and sister hv normal heavy flow but i am diff. I see my flow regularly 4 3days in which d 3rd day is always very low or scanty. Can it cause infertility 4 me or reduce chance of being pregnant? Is being virgin a factor?
