Do i have a brain tumor?

ok well im 20, about 6 years ago i started getting killer headaches that would knock me to the ground when i was little no adays i still have the headaches they hurt and its a on and off thing throughout the day but its only on the left side of my head. i use to be really active and love to go out and do things but within the last few years i have lost interest in everything i dont have any motavation to do anything i have been getting really nauseas like im gonna throw up and some times i even gag and almost throw up but i hold myself back from doing so i have been pooping out alittle bit of blood every now and then and the toilet does get a little tiny bit brown and theres blood on my poop other then that within the last year i have been really forget ful and i cant like remember child hood past and even recent things. '''headache just switched to other side of my head'''' ok now anyways another thing i have been having hearing problems like sometimes i cant hear as well and sometimes ill get dissy and stumble and tip to one side and i have been slurry my words latly im so scared of doctors and what the outcome maybe that i dont go...
